Holcombe played a pivotal role in leasing operations from both the tenant representation and agency perspectives. Notably, he successfully secured a 100,000 square foot space for UT Physicians in Baytown, Texas.

2021-2023: Project Manager, Arch-Con Corporation’s Industrial Construction Team
As a Project Manager, Holcombe worked with Arch-Con Corporation’s Industrial ground-up construction team, overseeing the completion of 750,000 square feet in new construction. Key highlights include the successful delivery of a 500,000 square foot facility for Home Depot and a 150,000 square foot industrial center for Prologis. The latter was leased to Target, contributing to the strategic growth for the client.
