Dan’s career spans the full spectrum of land deal formation, negotiation, and closing — from sourcing and underwriting complex acquisitions, to securing entitlements and managing multi-million dollar joint ventures. His expertise has enabled the successful delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Dan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from CU Boulder. For several years, he practiced as a seasoned real estate development litigator, securing complex settlements and winning jury trials. In 2021, he stepped into the role of land acquisition and entitlements as part of a private real estate development and equity group. In 2024, he joined Tri Pointe Homes Colorado, overseeing the division’s land acquisition and entitlements.
