With over 30 years of experience in construction and leadership roles, Charlie was responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing installation, repair, and market development. Charlie managed an average capital budget of $67 million across all “Green Field” markets and directly oversees construction, engineering, and permitting efforts to support new product lines while maintaining existing services and infrastructure.

As a team leader, Charlie focused on implementing departmental initiatives, meeting deadlines, managing escalations, ensuring overall customer service, and controlling costs and risks. Charlie has developed future leaders and is responsible for pre-sales and services related to in-building solutions, outside plant (OSP), small cell, wireless deployments, and the construction of multi-level storage facilities.

In addition, Charlie has developed new processes and procedures as the company explores in-building solutions and new use case scenarios. Charlie also helped create a pricing matrix to support sales in developing partnerships focused on quality, cost efficiency, and customer relations. Furthermore, Charlie manages vendor relationships to ensure resources are available in each market to support nationwide implementations and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
